Symiter is a mobility-focused platform enabling users to share rides or transportation preferences. The app provides a communication and matching layer but does not operate transportation services itself.

Keston Digital is not responsible for disputes between users or offline interactions.

5. Service Availability
Symiter may be updated, suspended, or modified without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Limitation of Liability
Symiter is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keston Digital is not liable for:

7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
