Symiter – Subscription Terms (English)

1. Overview

These Subscription Terms apply to all premium membership plans offered within the Symiter mobile application. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms in addition to Symiter’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and EULA.

Premium subscriptions are optional. Users may continue using Symiter under the free plan with limited features.

2. Subscription Plans

Symiter offers the following subscription options:

  • Monthly Premium Subscription

  • Annual Premium Subscription (discounted)

Exact pricing may vary by region and will always be displayed within the app before purchase.

3. Premium Features

A Premium subscription unlocks the following features:

  • Unlimited journey visibility

  • Unlimited matches

  • Removal of free-plan limits

  • Access to all upcoming premium features, including:

    • Ad-free experience

    • Priority visibility

    • Verification badges

    • Early access to new updates

Features may evolve over time as Symiter is improved.

4. Payment & Billing

Subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing (or applicable app store).
Keston Digital does not store or process payment card information.

  • Payments are charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

  • Renewal charges will be applied using the same payment method on file.

5. Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings.

Important notes:

  • Canceling prevents future charges but does not refund the current billing period.

  • After cancellation, Premium access continues until the end of the current paid term.

  • When the subscription expires, your account automatically returns to the Free Plan with the standard limitations.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds for digital subscriptions are handled exclusively by the app store (Google Play or Apple App Store), not by Keston Digital.

Users must request refunds through the app store’s official refund process.

Keston Digital does not process or guarantee refunds.

7. Changes to Subscription Terms or Pricing

We may update subscription features, pricing, or terms from time to time.
When required by law, users will be notified in advance.

Continued use of the Premium service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining:

  • A valid payment method

  • Accurate account information

  • Control of your device and app store credentials

Unauthorized use of your subscription is your responsibility.

9. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to purchase a subscription.
Premium subscriptions are non-transferable and apply only to the account that purchased them.

10. Governing Law

These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and applicable European Union regulations.
